Long term rental is minimum 12 month lease, 4 weeks bond 2 weeks rent paid in advance.
The Lodge has ground water, along with an off-grid solar system. Water and solar included in the weekly are fees.
A gas bottle is provided with the property. Gas refill fees do apply and will be charges additional to the weekly hire fees as required.
No linen or washing machine is provided.
The Couran Cove Resort is closed and there are no open facilities on the island.
