Long term lease is Minimum 12 month, 4 weeks bond 2 weeks rent paid in advance
No linen is provided.
There is no oven onsite. There is a microwave oven and gas cooktop.
The Lodge has ground water, along with an off-grid solar system. Water and solar included in the weekly are fees.
A gas bottle is provided with the property. Gas refill fees do apply and will be charges additional to the weekly hire fees as required.
The Couran Cove Resort is closed and there are no open facilities on the island.
